What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create clear, useful documentation and content for complex products, combining content design, strategy, and AI-enabled workflows.

I've built documentation, brand voices, and customer-facing content for StoreConnect, Kinde, Atlassian, MYOB, Marketplacer, and more. At Kinde, I established the documentation site from scratch and defined the brand voice across the product; at StoreConnect, I develop SaaS documentation designed to increase self-service support.

I combine technical writing, UX content design, information architecture, and content strategy with AI-driven workflows using Claude and GitHub. My work spans docs, knowledge bases, product UI copy, marketing, web content, training, and change communications—always focused on making complex information clear, useful, and on-brand.
