I've supported students at Full Sail University since 2015, guiding prospective and active learners through enrollment, academic policies, progress concerns, and university resources.

In my Senior Student Liaison role, I coordinated student support with leadership and cross-functional teams, established SharePoint standards of practice, and maintained monthly file-review schedules for Title IV compliance. I evaluated student records, supported corrective action plans, and helped prevent repeat compliance findings.

As a First Year Academic Advisor and Digital Communications advisor, I manage high volumes of texts, emails, chats, and calls while keeping Salesforce student records accurate and organized. I coordinate and resolve more than 45 customer interactions daily and route urgent or sensitive concerns to the right teams.
