At Blink Charging, I manage assigned technical cases in Salesforce through investigation, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution, handling priority cases when directed.

I support remote DC fast charger commissioning and activation, coordinating with site technicians. I check charger status in Blink 2.0 and use authorized remote actions when appropriate.

I use Grafana to extract charger fault information and export data to Excel for analysis and reporting. I also check modem status in the In-hand portal and perform remote reboots when required.

At BT Global / British Telecom, I recorded network assets using PIPER, validated site evidence, and processed estimated costs. At Accenture, I supported customers with Google Pixel phone issues and documented reported problems.
