What I'm looking for
I’m a Human Capital Business Partner at PT United Tractors, driving strategic alignment between people initiatives and business objectives in Indonesia’s leading heavy equipment distributor. I partner with senior leaders to shape and execute human capital strategies that enhance organizational performance, support talent development, and build a culture of excellence. I also extend beyond traditional HR by leading business process improvement initiatives.
In my PDCA-focused role for the Human Capital Division, I lead business process improvement efforts to streamline workflows, enhance data utilization, and elevate operational excellence. I drive day-to-day Human Capital operations through the Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) cycle, translating insights into better decision-making. I work with an analyst-level team and ensure initiatives directly support GM and BOD-level decision-making in alignment with Business Unit needs.
Earlier, I served as a Knowledge Management Leader, focused on ensuring effective management of knowledge and delivering continuous value to customers and frontline staff. Prior to that, I built my expertise through People Development Associate responsibilities across UT Group, implementing Human Capital function as Corporate Holding and supporting business unit guidance and consulting needs. I led and supported initiatives such as assessor workshops, business process mapping, competency matrix registration, and development programs for high potential talent.
My foundation includes Human Capital Trainee experience at PT Astra International Tbk, where I developed capability across organization development, culture, recruitment, performance, reward, and industrial relations. Today, my professional ethos is clear: combine people strategy with operational rigor—using data, structured improvement methods, and learning enablement to create measurable impact.
