What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support public institutions and EU-funded programmes through project implementation, evaluation, contracting, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination in complex regulated environments.

I'm currently managing projects at Ideas Funding Pack SRL, supporting public institutions with implementation, documentation, stakeholder coordination, compliance, and delivery timelines.

Across Regional Development Agencies in Centre, South-East, North-West, and North-East Romania, I've evaluated and contracted EU-funded projects in SME competitiveness, digitalisation, innovation, internationalisation, and Just Transition. I've assessed technical and financial feasibility, eligibility, risks, and programme compliance for more than 136 projects in recent roles.

With 16+ years in regional development and EU cohesion policy, I bring structured analysis, evidence-based recommendations, and practical coordination across complex regulatory requirements. I work fluently in Romanian, English, and French.
