What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue translating policy into practical social impact through public-sector reform, social inclusion, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale program coordination.

I'm supporting Romania's Ministry of Labor, Family, Youth and Social Solidarity on Public Wage Law, youth policies, crisis management, and civil-society engagement. Previously at the World Bank, I contributed to RAS and TSI projects and received an Above and Beyond Award for project strategy and stakeholder coordination.

I've also managed social rehabilitation programs for more than 600 children in detention centers at Terre des Hommes Romania and supported the European Parliament's EMPL Chair through legislative amendments, speeches, policy articles, and Trilogue negotiations. As co-founder of B-Inclusive and a youth and NGO delegate to the National Committee for Social Inclusion, I translate policy into practical social impact.
