With experience in EHR/EMR workflows (including Epic), patient inquiry handling, and administrative prioritization, I also bring healthcare billing knowledge—medical coding, insurance medical billing, and prior authorization (including Medicare and Medicaid). I’m energized by customer communication, attention to detail, and turning information into reliable, ready-to-use documentation.
