What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented and adaptable Human Resource and Administrative professional with strong academic grounding in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, plus hands-on NYSC exposure in employee records management, documentation, payroll support, and staff coordination. I also bring certified competence in Compensation & Benefits and Training & Development.
In my current role as an HR/Administrative Assistant (NYSC), I maintain and update employee records and filing systems, assist with staff attendance tracking, and support recruitment on-boarding documentation and staff communication. Earlier, I supported management as a Personal Assistant intern and strengthened administrative and record-keeping routines at SmartUniforms, and I contributed to student supervision and learning support as an Assistant Teacher. I’m now seeking HR Officer or Administrative Officer roles where professionalism, structure, and people management are valued.
