What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR operations role where I can manage records with high accuracy, support onboarding and documentation, and use Excel reporting for audits and internal decisions—working with a team that values attention to detail.

I’m a detail-oriented HR & administrative professional with 2+ years of experience in HR operations, data management, record keeping, and stakeholder communication. I’m certified in Data Analytics by NITDA and GETBUNDI, and I enjoy turning HR and administrative information into clear, audit-ready reporting.

In my roles, I supported onboarding and recruitment-related processes, maintained confidential records, and handled administrative coordination for teams and stakeholders.
