I am a Salesforce-focused manager and land management professional with extensive experience administering and optimizing enterprise Salesforce orgs across Sales, Service, and Marketing products.
At ISC2 I lead a diverse, high-performing support team, oversaw nearly 14,000 support cases in a year with an 8-hour SLA, and implemented features including Einstein lead/opportunity scoring, Revenue Intelligence, Sales Engagement, Salesforce Shield, and CPQ upgrades.
