I seek a role using Salesforce leadership and oil & gas land management expertise, focused on process improvement, data integrity, and measurable operational impact within a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

I am a Salesforce-focused manager and land management professional with extensive experience administering and optimizing enterprise Salesforce orgs across Sales, Service, and Marketing products.

At ISC2 I lead a diverse, high-performing support team, oversaw nearly 14,000 support cases in a year with an 8-hour SLA, and implemented features including Einstein lead/opportunity scoring, Revenue Intelligence, Sales Engagement, Salesforce Shield, and CPQ upgrades.

Previously I served as a Salesforce Administrator and Land Manager where I led data and process migrations, improved data integrity for executive reporting on land management (including oversight of a $300M lease payment budget), and supported revenue distribution and DOI maintenance for hundreds of wells.

I combine technical Salesforce skills (Admin/Developer/Architect tools and integrations) with domain knowledge in oil & gas land management to deliver process-driven, measurable improvements in data quality, payments accuracy, and customer experience.
