Chris Victoria
@chrisvictoria
Social justice and human rights advocate driving decolonial, intersectional change.
What I'm looking for
I’m an Afrofuturist advocate for intersectional human rights and environmentalism, shaped by feminist revolutionaries and committed to transforming oppressive systems through decolonial community care and decrim of working class LGBTQIA2S+ Black and Indigenous communities. With over 8 years of experience, I lead comprehensive non-profit work, guide multiple cycles of campaign direction, and build on-the-ground outreach that meets communities where they are.
In my roles, I support survivor-centered public health and policy work—co-authoring prevention materials on human trafficking, advising on org restructuring and resource building, and developing training and webinars for healthcare, legal, and housing professionals. I also build high-impact digital and relational organizing capacity, recruiting mobilizers, expanding outreach across target states, and using tools like ScaletoWin and EveryAction to mobilize voters while strengthening monitoring and trend identification in recruitment pipelines.
