I am looking for opportunities that allow me to empower marginalized communities and promote systemic change through strategic advocacy and collaboration.

I am a dedicated advocate with over 20 years of experience in community organizing, strategic planning, training, and coalition building. My career has been focused on promoting equitable policies and systemic change, empowering marginalized communities, and leading successful campaigns. I have a proven track record of managing diverse teams and fostering long-term change through partnership and advocacy on a global scale.

As the Founder and Consultant at Amorosa Consulting, I established a firm to support intersectional campaign work within the global trade union movement. I collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive strategic campaign plans and develop customized training materials. My previous roles, including Campaigns Director at Solidarity Center and Deputy Director at the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, have equipped me with the skills to lead multi-department initiatives and create impactful training programs for various audiences.
