What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mission-driven role where I can lead community engagement, build coalitions, and drive effective grassroots strategy—whether on-the-ground or remotely—with room to grow impact across political and nonprofit work.

I’m an experienced community organizer, political strategist, and licensed California real estate agent with nearly a decade of experience leading grassroots campaigns, coalition building, and public engagement initiatives. I’ve managed cross-organizational strategy, led teams in high-pressure environments, and focused on measurable community impact through neighborhood-based advocacy and systemic change.

In my current role as Organizing Manager / Community Organizer, I facilitate strategic “think tanks,” coordinate cross-organizational collaboration, and oversee strategic planning to align campaigns and maximize community impact. Previously, I’ve led voter engagement outreach, door-to-door canvassing, and issue-based messaging—supporting reproductive rights, housing, labor, and economic justice—while also advising clients through negotiations and real estate transaction processes.
