I’m looking for a role where I can deliver legendary customer service, use consultative selling to deepen financial relationships, meet meaningful goals, and keep learning—bringing my banking expertise and new Cybersecurity focus to support smarter, compliant outcomes.

I’m a Financial Service Associate who provides “Legendary Customer Service” while delivering financial advice and selling TD Bank products and services to new and existing customers. I deepen relationships by asking probing questions, matching customers with the right additional products, and owning the full store service process, from over-the-counter transactions to complex sales and service requests. I also contribute to business growth by developing both new and existing customer relationships and meeting/exceeding individual and team-based goals.

Before TD Bank, I spent years at Bank of America as a Relationship Banker and earlier as a Teller—opening deposit accounts, selling banking products like credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans, quoting rates and terms, resolving inquiries with customized solutions, and recognizing/referring cross-sell opportunities. Alongside my banking career, I’ve served as a Platoon Sergeant in the United States Army & Army Reserves, where I’ve managed and trained 20–60 soldiers, evaluated performance, and advised commanders on strategic procedures. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity and bringing a disciplined, compliance-minded approach to every interaction.
