At MEDISELL CO LTD, I led SNIBE’s go-to-market strategy, capturing 30% market share within two years, and helped grow the IVD business from €800,000 to €2.6M. My work also spans clinical science: at ACTBIO LTD, I helped establish Cyprus’ first private SARS-CoV-2 molecular testing laboratory, and at the University of Oxford I developed novel encapsulation technology for single-dose viral immunization.
