What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on turf or grounds leadership role where I can drive agronomic excellence, improve operations, manage vendors, and grow revenue in a collaborative environment.

I am an experienced turfgrass professional with a background in golf course and sports turf management, operations, and vendor relations. I have a track record of turning neglected playing surfaces into superior conditions through scheduling, training, and targeted agronomic programs.

At Bradford Creek/Troon Golf I implemented cost-saving and revenue-generating changes: a driving range investment that grew range revenue from $40k to over $100k, negotiated vendor contracts to reduce expenses, expedited critical equipment delivery, and led operational changes that shifted a -$250k loss to a $177k profit.

I also bring leadership in compliance, pesticide management, event planning, and volunteer organization work, serving on the Eastern Turfgrass Association board and leading regional conservation and fundraising efforts.
