At PLANTS CREATIVE LANDSCAPES, I led the transition of subcontracted services to in-house operations, developing staffing plans, pricing structures, workflows, SOPs, and training programs for service lines now generating more than $500K annually.
I oversee the Maintenance and Additional Services divisions, supporting 350+ customer accounts and directly managing up to five managers. I review operational KPIs and financial performance, manage divisional budgets, and develop processes such as an irrigation truck inventory system and a standardized onboarding checklist.
Previously, I managed field operations and commercial and residential accounts at RUPPERT LANDSCAPE, and worked across property and business operations at SYMBIA LOGISTICS. I hold an Associate of Science in Landscape & Horticulture Technology and am a Certified Horticulture Specialist and Florida GI-BMP Certified.
