Mark Speir

I'm currently Director of Instruction at Plantation Palms Golf Club, where I teach the game while managing pro shop operations, personnel, ordering, billing, scheduling, tournaments, memberships, and course-condition improvements.

Previously, I served as Director of Instruction and PGA Head Golf Professional at Wentworth Golf Club. I focused on improving club revenue and streamlining bookings through technology and additional revenue avenues.

Through FunGolf.Club, I've run golf clinics, one-on-one instruction, memberships, sales, and junior camps since 2021. I've taught golf for more than 20 years and have worked in pro shops and driving ranges nationwide, including ChiChi Clearwater, Barefoot Resorts, The Bridges, and Top Golf D.C.

My background also includes golf package sales, hotel golf sales reservations and auditing, and Blue Green Resorts time share sales and bookings. I'm a PGA Member and hold certifications including TPI Level 1, FlightScope, DECADE Golf, SuperSpeed Golf, and Golf Digest Certified Instructor.
