At United Land Services, I coordinate efficient routes for workers and make sure each truck has the tools needed for the day. I also train employees on methods that can save time and labor or reduce injury risk.
I build relationships with Property Managers, learn about their grievances, and provide solutions. I also visit crews and inspect properties across the metropolitan area.
At Ruppert Landscape, I came in as Assistant Field Manager and crew leader for Fleming Island Plantation after months of neglect. I delegated and managed seven workers in the field, prioritized major complaints, and provided superiors with detailed instructions on improving efficiency.
Earlier, I worked as a Landscape Foreman at LANDSCAPE DESIGN GROUP, INC., delegating tasks to two to four workers on installations and warranty punch-list jobs. My landscaping work has also included assisting with irrigation installation and repairs, operating a front-end loader, and training new hires in the field.
