At Storagely, I scoped a one-page checkout MVP for one facility-management system, replacing a five-page rental flow. I expanded coverage to existing integrations and coordinated pricing-tier and add-on delivery.
I also recommended an in-house property map after assessing feasibility with engineering. We released the phased replacement’s MVP early and expanded it organization-wide with client-specific configuration.
At Boostability, I led discovery and phased delivery of an AI-assisted keyword-research workflow that reduced average task time from approximately 60 minutes to five. Specialist approval remained part of the process, based on keyword usability, rank, competition, search volume, and suitability for the target page.
