What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a company where I can use my call center and customer service strengths, support patients/customers professionally, and keep growing in communication, data entry, and management responsibilities.

I’m a remote call center agent with a strong track record of being reliable, dedicated, honest, competent, courteous, hard working, and persistent. I’m currently working at MTM Transportation Services-Topeka, KS (March 2024 to Present), where I support customers through phone-based service and call center operations.

Before this, I built leadership experience in fast-paced food environments—starting at Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Stores (March 2016 to December 2016) and serving as a crew leader/crew member at McDonald's (March 2008 to January 2010), including cross-training and taking responsibility for all stations. I bring 5+ years of data entry and strong admin skills, along with 10+ years of food preparation, cleaning, guest services, and customer service, supported by ServSafe certifications and solid communication skills.
