I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own client/partner growth, shape experiential programs, and use performance insights to optimize loyalty and event outcomes—while collaborating cross-functionally and ensuring flawless, profitable execution.

I’m a Senior Partnerships & Experiential Manager who leads national loyalty partnerships and designs high-touch experiential rewards that create measurable member value. In my current role, I manage relationships with Holland America Line, Carnival Corporation, Hawaiian/Alaska Airlines, and Southwest Airlines (internal), supporting tier benefits, redemption programs, and co-marketing initiatives.

I balance creative vision with operational feasibility by coordinating multi-property loyalty programs across 25+ properties and serving 12,000+ VIP members nationwide. I also analyze engagement and redemption performance, using insights to inform benefit strategy, partner optimization, and leadership reporting while ensuring campaigns run smoothly with Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and Operations.

Previously, as Director of Projects and Client Relations at SigMar Solutions, I owned and grew a portfolio of 15+ client accounts—directly helping the company double in size and revenue. I led consultative sales engagements end-to-end, developed and sold custom experiential marketing programs, and managed 15+ concurrent campaigns each month with budgets ranging from $20K to $250K, with a strong focus on cost control and profitability.

Earlier at Caesars Entertainment, I promoted three times (Coordinator → Program Design Specialist → Manager) based on event execution and client impact. I produced and executed 150+ live events annually, managed cross-functional teams of up to 25, oversaw multi-million-dollar budgets, negotiated contracts with 15+ vendors, and ensured compliance with Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations—building a professional ethos centered on transparency, follow-through, and consistent delivery.
