I’m a Senior Partnerships & Experiential Manager who leads national loyalty partnerships and designs high-touch experiential rewards that create measurable member value. In my current role, I manage relationships with Holland America Line, Carnival Corporation, Hawaiian/Alaska Airlines, and Southwest Airlines (internal), supporting tier benefits, redemption programs, and co-marketing initiatives.
I balance creative vision with operational feasibility by coordinating multi-property loyalty programs across 25+ properties and serving 12,000+ VIP members nationwide. I also analyze engagement and redemption performance, using insights to inform benefit strategy, partner optimization, and leadership reporting while ensuring campaigns run smoothly with Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and Operations.
Previously, as Director of Projects and Client Relations at SigMar Solutions, I owned and grew a portfolio of 15+ client accounts—directly helping the company double in size and revenue.
