What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a property, tenancy, or construction management role where I can independently manage portfolios or development delivery, maintain compliance, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment.

I manage residential property portfolios end to end, including tenancies, rent accounts, arrears, maintenance coordination, inspections, lease administration, trust accounts, and regulatory compliance.

At Property Shop, I managed a portfolio of 150+ properties and units as the main contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors. I independently handled daily caseloads, maintenance triage, licensing renewals, deposit disputes, and clear stakeholder communication.

At Tarbeck Investments, I deliver mixed-use developments from feasibility and land acquisition through construction handover, budgets, funding, and contractor coordination. I've also managed a USD700,000 ground-up residence and supported multi-million-dollar feasibility studies for residential, student accommodation, and office developments.
