What I'm looking for
I'm a RICS-accredited Property Portfolio Manager with a BSc Honours in Real Estate, and close to three years of hands-on experience across property operations, leasing administration, and real estate development support.
I've built my career managing large residential portfolios ā overseeing 1,000+ units across 17+ portfolios, covering everything from CapEx planning and financial reporting to maintenance management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Earlier in my career I supported the leasing of a student accommodation development from inception to full occupancy, and gained exposure to residential feasibility studies and development appraisals in a project environment.
My work sits at the intersection of operations and investment thinking. I manage the day-to-day but I'm equally comfortable pulling together financial analysis and making data-driven recommendations that protect and grow asset value.
Outside of work I follow real estate investment trends and global financial markets closely.
I'm now looking to step into a more strategic asset management or portfolio analysis role where my RICS qualification and operational depth can work at a higher level.
I'm commercially aware, analytically minded, and thrive in environments where there's real accountability ā I'm not looking for a job to fill time, I'm looking for a role where the work actually matters.
