What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven Property & Asset Operations professional managing large-scale residential portfolios (1,000+ units) with hands-on ownership of operations, compliance, and asset performance. In my current role, I oversee 17+ sectional title schemes and translate day-to-day operational realities into clear reporting and decisions.
I analyse operational and financial data (budgets, maintenance spend, levy performance) to identify cost drivers and recommend efficiency improvements. I support CapEx planning and budgeting, evaluate contractor quotations and project proposals, and manage the full maintenance lifecycle—prioritising repairs based on risk, cost, and asset impact—while engaging trustees, owners, and tenants to protect performance and retention.
I bring an academic foundation in real estate investment, valuation, and market analysis through an RICS-accredited BSc (Hons) Real Estate. Alongside portfolio operations, I’ve supported leasing and feasibility work, strengthening my ability to connect market insight, financial assumptions, and decision support. I’m now seeking to transition into asset management, portfolio analysis, or investment-focused roles.
