I seek a senior role leading contingent workforce or MSP programs where I can drive revenue growth, optimize supplier performance, and mentor teams while partnering with C-suite stakeholders.

I am a seasoned contingent workforce and MSP program leader with nine years building and expanding workforce programs, guiding hiring managers and C-suite stakeholders through the non-employee lifecycle. I consistently leverage VMS platforms to streamline operations, oversee supplier onboarding, and manage performance through KPIs and scorecards.

My experience spans managing high-volume requisitions (20–40+ weekly), increasing revenue (examples: 12% YoY, 20% YoY, 100% YoY) and headcount growth, and leading teams and coordinators to deliver reliable service across client accounts. I have been the primary point of contact on MSP accounts using Fieldglass, Beeline, Simplify and Wand.

I prioritize program growth, cost savings, accurate billing and reporting, and strong vendor relationships. I blend hands-on operational execution with strategic stakeholder engagement to scale contingent workforce programs and improve supplier performance.
