I’m looking for a fraud operations or account security role where I can run SAR-compliant investigations, improve onboarding and security processes, and mentor teams—balancing compliance, quality, and excellent customer experience.

I’ve spent my career at WEX Inc. leading secure onboarding and fraud operations—reviewing new applications, monitoring account security, and partnering with customers and internal teams to ensure accounts move from setup to full activation confidently.

Across roles from Fraud Analyst to Detection/Lead CPP Investigator and Fraud Analyst – Claims, I’ve handled suspicious activity reporting (SAR) compliance, transaction-based assessments in Safer Payments, and Common Point of Compromise (CPP) investigations, communicating clearly when breaches were suspected.
