I’m a Learning Product Manager and learning product strategist with 20+ years of experience designing, launching, and managing the full lifecycle of performance-driven learning solutions across enterprise environments. Owned the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise learning products across four VXI sites, supporting 3,000+ employees with onboarding, upskilling, and leadership programs. Designed and iterated blended learning (ILT, eLearning, performance support) to reach new-hire proficiency by Week 1 and improved performance using learning metrics and KPI-driven iteration.
Launched 2 new learning programs and 7 lines of business, managing the learning product launch cycle from needs analysis and content development through performance review. Improved New Hire Performance scores from 6.8 (2020) to 8.6, supporting a 499 FTE seasonal ramp through redesigned onboarding learning products and rapid iteration with Quality and Operations.
Led the migration of facilitator-led training content into an LMS, transforming ILT materials into scalable digital learning products. Increased training throughput from 36.26% to 66.67% while maintaining 100% of floor performance benchmarks by Week 5 through data-driven redesign.
