At Camis Inc. / Parks Canada, I managed camping reservations and helped visitors with availability, fees, park policies, changes, and cancellations. I kept bookings accurate and up to date in the reservation system.
For the PLEDJ / Concordia University Capstone, I researched and verified community organizations and helped expand and reorganize an outreach database in Notion. I also co-developed a 23-page user guide and bring a background in client service, administrative support, and Human Relations.
