What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my skills in customer service and team coordination, while also providing opportunities for growth and learning in a supportive environment.

I am a highly motivated and versatile individual with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a Minor in Criminology from the University at Buffalo. My diverse work and volunteer experiences have equipped me with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. I have a proven track record in customer service, team coordination, and the development of instructional materials, which I honed while working at Arctic Glacier.

At Arctic Glacier, I assisted with customer service, managed package dispatches, and contributed to the testing and feedback of a new software system. Additionally, I created a comprehensive how-to manual for the new software, showcasing my ability to adapt and lead in dynamic environments. My passion for sports and volunteerism drives me to continuously learn and grow, both personally and professionally.
