I’m an Accounts Receivable Specialist with over 15 years of experience and a strong background in Customer Service. I’m known for bringing a steady, detail-focused approach to billing, collections, and customer resolution—especially when volume and deadlines are high.
In my most recent role, I operate a 3CX phone system to handle a high volume of calls, process credit card orders over the phone using BigCommerce, and resolve disputes by issuing credits. I also use NetSuite daily to update orders and process reships and returns.
Previously, I served as an Advancement Coordinator where I supported development and finance teams by administering fundraising work.
