As a bilingual Notary Signing Agent, I translate documents and interpret signings for refinance, purchase, and seller-side transactions. I verify signer identities, ensure signatures and initials are completed, and securely handle loan packages while maintaining confidentiality and impartiality.

I've also supported real estate operations through calendar management, MLS listing updates, marketing materials, social media, transaction coordination, CRM maintenance, and client communication. I'm a native Spanish and English speaker, California Notary Licensed and Insured, and NNA and NSA certified.
