What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting payroll, HR, accounting, billing, and compliance operations where I can manage accurate records, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate across teams.

I've supported payroll, HR, accounting, billing, and compliance operations for highway maintenance and construction teams, processing multi-state weekly payroll for up to 300 employees.

At Traffic Highway Maintenance and, following its acquisition, Stripe-A-Zone, I processed payroll through Paychex and Paylocity, prepared certified payroll for TxDOT and multi-state projects, and maintained confidential employee records.

I also handled accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer billing, vendor payments, reconciliations, production reporting, and discrepancy resolution. I worked closely with management, vendors, subcontractors, customers, production teams, and accounting personnel to meet deadlines.

I've digitized historical personnel files and use Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, to organize data, compare records, identify discrepancies, and prepare reports.
