What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a payroll, HR, or accounting operations role where I can manage compliant multi-company processes, improve accuracy and efficiency, and provide dependable support to employees and management.

I manage multi-company payroll, HR administration, and accounting operations in the construction industry, supporting three companies since 2015. I oversee regular and certified payroll, taxes, benefits, timekeeping, and employee records.

I handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable from invoice processing and collections through reconciliations, commissions, and financial reporting. I use ProContractor by Viewpoint to maintain accurate payroll, employee data, reporting, and cost codes.
