Previously at Green Lake Health Center, I led onboarding, training, and development for clinical and administrative staff; implemented payroll tracking and PTO planning; and standardized SOPs to improve clinic operations and documentation accuracy.

Across healthcare, surgical, laboratory, and patient-service settings, I’ve strengthened scheduling, staffing, compliance, communication, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. I’m focused on growing in clinic operations while supporting people through staff development, process improvement, and employee support.
