At Halliburton Energy Services, I lead an eight-person North American HR operations team supporting pre-employment and onboarding for approximately 2,500 hires annually across the U.S. and Canada.
I translate HR policies and business requirements into workable service-delivery processes, partnering with Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, Benefits, HRIS, Payroll, Legal, Employee Relations, and IT. I also manage vendor relationships, employee record initiation, leave-balance corrections, and Global Mobility documentation.
I've helped evolve a U.S. sourcing pilot into a broader North American HR service-delivery operation and supported Halliburton's SAP S/4 and Salesforce case-management transformations through process design, testing, workflow redesign, training, and implementation support.
