I’m looking to partner with executives to build scalable HR infrastructure, strengthen compliance and HR operations, and drive measurable outcomes in retention and engagement—especially through complex change like divestitures and M&A integration.

I’m a strategic Human Resources leader with 20+ years driving HR as a business enabler for Oil & Gas and Engineering organizations. I build HR infrastructure that stabilizes and scales operations—especially through post-divestiture and acquisition transitions—while keeping leaders focused on workforce performance.

In my current role as Human Resources Director at FLOWCHEM, I lead HR strategy, operations, and compliance for 200 employees across the U.S. and Canada, overseeing a team of three. I implemented HRIS and benefits platforms to improve data integrity and employee self-service adoption, and I launched stay interviews with strong participation to generate actionable retention insights.

Previously at DCP MIDSTREAM, I served in HR leadership roles supporting up to 800 employees across divisions. I reduced turnover from 30% to 11%, increased engagement from 72% to 84%, partnered on organizational design and workforce planning, and helped integrate 150 employees during acquisition. I also bring hands-on labor relations experience, including negotiating and ratifying union contracts.
