I am a HR, operations and business transformation leader with a career spanning healthcare, consulting, manufacturing, and large enterprise environments. My experience sits at the intersection of operations, people, process improvement, program leadership, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
Throughout my career, I have been trusted to step into complex environments, identify gaps, build structure, and help organizations operate more effectively. My experience includes leading multi-site operations, developing and implementing SOPs and workflows, building onboarding and training programs, improving performance and accountability systems, supporting workforce and organizational planning, managing compliance and risk, and guiding organizational change. I have also served as an SAP ERP subject-matter expert and supported large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
As a consultant, I have worked directly with business owners and leaders to assess operational and organizational challenges and turn recommendations into practical solutions. I enjoy work where I can connect strategy with execution—understanding the larger business objective while also determining the people, processes, systems, and resources needed to achieve it.
