I’m looking for a remote-ready role where I can use my CRM and phone/email/live chat support to deliver exceptional customer experiences, handle enquiries confidently, and contribute to appointment scheduling and sales targets.

I’m a dedicated customer service professional with 3+ years of experience across retail, call centre, events, and entrepreneurship. I support customers through phone, email, live chat, and in person, with a strong background in CRM, sales, problem-solving, appointment scheduling, and building lasting customer relationships. I’m passionate about delivering exceptional service—especially in remote environments.

As a Founder & Event Coordinator at Best Creations (Jun 2025–Present), I manage customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, and event coordination. I focus on delivering a great customer experience while overseeing daily business operations and maintaining smooth communication from first contact through event delivery.
