I work as an IT Support Specialist, starting with a six-month internship and expanding into first-level and now second-level support. I focus on resolving technical issues, supporting daily operations, and improving how systems perform.

In my first-level role, I handled user support, performed software installations, and supported basic system administration while troubleshooting everyday technical problems. In my current second-level position, I work on more complex issue resolution and collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams.

I frequently use SQL for data querying and management to diagnose problems and support performance improvements. I’m comfortable working across the IT stack, from end-user support to deeper operational investigations.

Beyond support, I’ve built programming and creative skills through training and hands-on learning. I’ve completed Unity Essentials Pathway and progressed through badges, and I’ve also trained on WordPress theme creation—showing I enjoy turning technical knowledge into practical, usable outcomes.
