At Alexinakis - Building Materials, I configured and developed a Zoho CRM/Inventory solution using cleaned and migrated business data. I supported customer, product, inventory, and order-related processes while investigating workflow and system issues.
For the Zoho CRM / Inventory Implementation project, I migrated an Excel-based product database into Zoho CRM/Inventory, removing unnecessary columns and retaining relevant data. I organized product records to enable product search and retrieval.
At University of Macedonia (PAMAK), I diagnosed technical issues for students and faculty and provided support remotely and in person. I also assisted with computer and system-related problems, maintenance, and updates.
As a Programming Instructor at Tutorial School - Nea Apollonia, I taught programming concepts and developed coding exercises and projects for secondary-school students. My experience also includes customer service and daily operations in restaurant and hospitality roles.
