At Brombal Luxury Windows & Doors, I own the global after-sales lifecycle for complex, high-end residential projects, taking customer cases from escalation through final closure.

I've built and structured the after-sales function, defining processes for claims, warranties and technical interventions. I also manage formal claims and disputes with legal counsel, applying relevant local regulations across technical, commercial and contractual contexts.

I coordinate clients, general contractors, architects and senior stakeholders on custom multi-million-dollar projects, while planning multi-week field-service missions across U.S. cities. I track backlog, lead times and recurring issues, serving as a key commercial and relationship reference for the U.S. market.

Previously, I supervised on-site delivery of international corporate projects in the United States, coordinating teams of up to 20 people and bridging Italian headquarters with international clients, architects and project managers.
