I’m an AI Automation & Operations Support specialist focused on building practical systems that solve real business problems.

I’ve built automation workflows using n8n, Make, and Zapier, integrating tools such as Google Sheets, Airtable, Gmail, Notion, and AI models. My work includes lead qualification, client onboarding, follow-ups, workflow routing, reporting, and AI-assisted business processes.

One project I’m particularly proud of is an AI SOP Execution Engine that uses n8n, Google Gemini, Airtable, and Gmail to analyze incoming client information, generate structured summaries, route clients through the right onboarding process, create internal tasks, update records, and send personalized emails.

I’m especially interested in AI automation, workflow operations, business process improvement, AI agents, and systems that make teams more efficient. I enjoy figuring out how a process works, finding what can be improved, and then building the system to make it happen.

I’m currently looking for remote opportunities where I can contribute to automation, operations, and AI-driven projects while continuing to grow as a builder.
