I’ve independently built and tested AI workflow systems spanning n8n, GoHighLevel, lead qualification, CRM handoff, and appointment management. My projects include an AI SDR and sales pipeline workflow for prospecting, enrichment, qualification, and automated outreach.

For AI lead qualification, I built an intake-to-CRM workflow using normalized fields, structured model output, scoring, and decisions about which records proceed to GoHighLevel.

I connected voice inquiries and call summaries to structured CRM records and team alerts, and built appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellation automations. Other project workflows covered follow-up, reply handling, contact tagging, and opportunity-stage updates.

At TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions, I evaluated AI model responses, refined prompts, and assessed output quality, relevance, instruction following, and safety. I’m seeking to apply my project-based experience to improving real operational processes and maintaining reliable integrations.
