GhanaWhat I'm looking for
At Weija Gbawe Municipal Hospital, I monitored LAN and WiFi connectivity and escalated router and switch faults to help maintain network uptime during shift coverage.
I resolved an average of 32 first-line IT tickets per week, diagnosing hardware, software, printer, and network issues. I also investigated recurring LAN, WiFi, and internet problems through root cause analysis.
During my internship at Accra Institute of Technology, I configured routers, switches, and VLANs for a lab and server room buildout, and resolved thin-client compatibility issues.
