At Teleperformance, I provided real-time operational support, answering questions and helping resolve process-related issues. I monitored AHT, QA, and adherence to support service quality and operational targets.

I supported more than 10 agents and trained agents, coaches, champions, and a supervisor on processes, procedures, and operational standards. I also followed up on performance concerns and helped maintain workflow continuity and compliance.

During the final six months of my employment, I worked on the LLS campaign, interpreting between English and Spanish in communications involving healthcare providers, 911-related services, and banks. These conversations required accuracy and care with sensitive information.

As a Library Volunteer at Instituto Tecnológico de Chihuahua II, I assisted students and visitors, organized and labeled materials, and created process guides to help collaborators perform tasks consistently. I’m interested in player support and game operations, helping users and identifying recurring issues to improve the customer experience.
