I’m looking for a customer-facing integration role where I can own complex UKG Pro/HCM API and SFTP workflows, troubleshoot payroll-critical issues, and partner cross-functionally—while continuing to build documentation, automation, and scalable support processes.

I’m a Technical Integration Consultant with SaaS/HCM experience supporting UKG Pro clients through API-based integrations, SFTP configuration, data validation, and troubleshooting. I combine technical problem-solving with 15+ years of customer-facing experience, including complex payroll-critical support and clear, customer-focused guidance.

In my integration work, I built custom RPA solutions for HR request and document workflows using UKG APIs, Java, SFTP, and time-based triggers. I also created and configured client production and staging HR platforms, and developed Django/Python scripts to manage client data and support issue resolution across implementation and consulting workflows.

I’m equally effective across delivery and enablement—partnering with Implementation Project Managers, Solutions Consultants, Sales, and Support teams to diagnose issues and deliver end-to-end technical solutions. Previously, I served in product support resolving 750+ customer issues and led curriculum and instruction as a Director of Curriculum/Manager/Teacher, bringing structure, documentation, and stakeholder communication into everything I do.
