What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fast-paced, customer-focused role where I can improve retention, resolve complex client issues, use data and KPIs to guide decisions, and contribute through coaching, multilingual communication, and customer-centric support.

I've supported customers at Apollo Agriculture and Platinum Credit Limited, resolving complex product, service, and credit-related issues through high-volume outbound engagement.

At Apollo Agriculture, I delivered technical support, ran targeted telesales campaigns, coached customers on sustainable loan repayments, and tracked market performance against KPIs to inform operational adjustments.
