What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow and deepen existing vendor or partner relationships, using commercial model design, governance, negotiation, and team leadership to deliver sustainable revenue and performance improvements.

I'm growing vendor sponsorship relationships at Network Group, where I redesigned the commercial model and delivered approximately £91,000 year-on-year net sponsorship revenue growth while absorbing significant churn.

At Apple, I governed a Philippines-based BPO partner of up to 200 staff across APAC and JAPAC, owning SLA, CSAT, KPI, and business-review performance. I also led remote advisor teams, coached more than 200 advisors cumulatively, and delivered performance improvements of up to 25% at organisation level and 50% for individual advisers.

Earlier at Kookaburra Educational Resources, I negotiated supplier terms, authored RFPs, built SQL reports, and grew a product category from under A$1 million to approximately A$8 million in revenue.
