At AXA UK, I lead third-party IT partner relationships, supplier governance, contract renewals, budgeting, and compliance across strategic vendors. I have consistently delivered over £2M in annual cost savings and cost avoidance while managing supplier contract activity valued at approximately £15M.

Previously at Markerstudy Group, I established a Vendor Management Team and delivered £3M in cost savings within its first year. I also led IT Business Partners, Vendor Management, and IT Procurement, aligning technology roadmaps, customer insight, strategic projects, and supplier performance with wider business objectives.

My work has included partner relationship management for EY and EIS at esure Group, where I supported a multi-million-pound strategy and technology transformation programme, led change control, and strengthened supplier governance. Across AXA UK, Virgin Media, Cable and Wireless, Tiscali UK, MCI WorldCom, BT, and NatWest Markets, I've managed accounts, projects, services, commercial relationships, and delivery teams.

I'm passionate about building sustainable partnerships, developing people through coaching and mentoring, and bringing structure, accountability, and value to complex change. My technical foundation and experience in governance, risk, procurement, service management, and business transformation help me bridge business, technology, finance, legal, and supplier teams.
