What I'm looking for

I'm seeking IT Support Specialist, Technical Support, Service Desk, or Tier 1/2 Support opportunities where I can troubleshoot end-user, hardware, software, and network issues while supporting reliable IT operations.

I'm supporting end users at Delta Pacific Maritime Services Limited Inc. across office and maritime operational environments, resolving hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues that affect business operations.

I install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and surveillance camera systems. I also perform preventive maintenance and software updates to help maintain system reliability.
